Where can you find products to sell for commissions? There are “affiliate directories” that compile lists of companies ready to offer commissions for whatever you are able to sell. My favorite of these - and the one that programs like The Rich Jerk will teach you to use - is known as Clickbank, and it only sells digital products, or products that you can download. This is beneficial because they are inexpensive to produce, so they offer their affiliates very large commissions. You can earn up to a 75% commission for marketing these type of products. If you sell a $100 product and earn a 75%, well… you can see how your profits can add up pretty darn quickly.

So, how does the process work? When you sign up to promote certain products, you receive a unique link that has a tracking code in it. This code is unique to your account, and it will track if and when any sales are made from your unique affiliate link. You simply drive traffic to that affiliate link, and any sales that result are transferred immediately into your account. Pretty cool, eh?
