If your new to affiliate marketing then you may have heard some of the horror stories about other affiliates stealing links and hacking into peoples CB acct. Well, make no mistake about it, these things do happen…so don’t be naive, check your links regularly.
Pick a day radomly each month and check all your links to enssure that they are working properly.
- Fist, make sure they are indeed taking you to the correct product that you are promoting.
- Second, follow the BUY link right to the clickbank buy page and make sure its your affilaite account listed at the bottom of that page
In case your wondering it looks like this [affiliate = mmannzz]
If the link is working OK but the affiliate= portion shows a different account then you guessed it, you’ve been HACKED. But more importantly theirs a good chance that you have lost SALES!
Best thing to do is report the issue to CB and close that CB account!
Start fresh, create a new acct with all new Hop-links…that should fix things. You have to be diligent and take the time to review your sites and links regularly. If you don’t chances are your losing valuable sales!
